Who This Policy Covers

This Privacy Policy explains how Nate's Detailz ("we," "us") collects, uses and shares information when you visit this website or contact us through it.

Information You Give Us

When you fill out our Reserve Your Detail form, we collect what you type: your name, your phone number, your email if you add it, your vehicle, the service you want, where the vehicle will be, the days or times that work for you and any notes. The form also records which page of our site you sent it from and whether you checked the box to receive text messages.

Our Get Your Price builder works the same way. Your vehicle size, detail, add-ons and the condition you pick stay in your browser while you build your price; nothing is sent until you fill in your contact details and press the button on the last step. Then we receive those choices, the starting price the builder showed you and the same contact details as the form above.

Only your name, phone number and vehicle are required. Please do not put sensitive details, such as financial or health information, in your notes. We do not need them to quote or detail your vehicle.

Information Collected Automatically

Like almost every website, our web host keeps standard server logs when you visit, such as your IP address, browser and device type, and the pages you request. It uses them to keep the site running and secure.

Cookies and Tools on This Site

Our own website does not set cookies and does not store anything in your browser.

Google reCAPTCHA on our forms. On pages with a form, this Google tool loads the first time you touch the screen, click, move the pointer, use a mouse wheel, press a key or move into a field, or a few seconds after the page loads. From then on it watches how you interact with the page and sends that information to Google, which scores how likely it is that you are a person and not a spam robot. It may set Google cookies. You will see its badge in the corner of the page and a notice under the form. It is subject to the Google Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.

We do not use analytics tools, advertising pixels, social media pixels, session recording or heatmap tools on this site. If we add one, we will update this policy and the date above.

These tools run on JavaScript. If you have it turned off, they do not load, and our form still works.

Our pages link to other websites, such as our Facebook page. Those sites have their own privacy policies.

How We Use Your Information

We use what you send us to reply to you, quote your detail, schedule the appointment, find your vehicle and follow up about your service or the Stay Fresh plan. We do not sell your information.

Who We Share It With

• Our web host, which keeps the server logs and runs a small program that checks the spam score before your form is sent.
• A form delivery service, which receives what you typed and passes it to our email inbox.
• The providers of the tools described above, with the information those tools collect.
• Authorities, when the law requires it, such as a valid court order.

Text Messages (SMS)

If you give us your phone number, we may call you about your request at that number.

Our form also has an optional checkbox for text messages. If you check it, you agree to receive text messages from Nate's Detailz about your request and your appointment. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to stop receiving texts, or HELP for help. Consent to receive texts is not a condition of purchase: you never have to check the box to send the form or to book a detail. We do not share your number or your consent with third parties for their own marketing.

Your Choices

• See or correct your information. Contact us and we will tell you what we have and fix anything that is wrong.
• Delete it. Contact us and we will delete what you sent us, unless we need to keep it for a legal or business reason.
• Text messages. Reply STOP to any text from us, or let us know.
• Your browser. Most browsers let you block or delete cookies.

Children's Privacy

This site is meant for adults booking detailing for their vehicles. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.

How Long We Keep It

We keep your information as long as we need it to handle your request, detail your vehicle, run any Stay Fresh plan you join and keep basic business records. You can ask us to delete it sooner.

Security

The site uses an encrypted connection (HTTPS) between your browser and our server. No system is perfect, so we cannot promise complete security.

Changes

We may update this policy. The date above shows when it last changed.
