The story
A passion that became a purpose.
I didn't start Nate's Detailz with a business plan. I started with a car that needed some attention and a desire to do things the right way.
During my sophomore year at Central Washington University, where I was pursuing Graphic Design, I wanted to bring my own car back to life after it had been neglected throughout the school year. As someone with an artistic background, I was drawn to the process of detailing: the patience, the precision, and the ability to transform something overlooked into something beautiful.
That summer, I moved to the Tri-Cities, and something clicked. I fell in love with the area, the people, and the opportunity to build something of my own. After seeing the transformation of my own vehicle, I realized I wanted to give that same feeling to others.
That was the beginning of Nate's Detailz.
Pursuing this dream meant stepping away from college and putting a lot on the line for something I believed in. It wasn't the conventional path, but I knew I wanted to build something that was mine, something rooted in creativity, craftsmanship, and genuine connections with people.
Today, I see every vehicle as a canvas. Every detail, every surface, and every finishing touch plays a part in the final result. But to me, it's about more than making a car look clean. It's about bringing back that feeling of pride when you get behind the wheel, look at your vehicle, and fall in love with it all over again.
That feeling is what drives me to do what I do. And so far, I wouldn't trade this journey for anything.
Nate's Detailz is more than a detailing business. It's a passion built from the ground up, a commitment to doing things with care, and an opportunity to bring a little more pride to the people and vehicles I work with.
I'm proud to be building that here in the Tri-Cities, one vehicle and one relationship at a time.
